i can relate bc my sister died on thanksgiving and i was crying all the time some thoughts of what comes after death so my mom got me a therapist it helps just still think of my sister

I can understand your situation, as a person with very bad mental health, my mother used help me cop that, i think its becuz she is a phycologist for student and that makes feel remotely ok ig , but recently i moved into a residential school and I miss my mother so much that I cant keep up my mental health, due this I am cant talk or interact with anyone :(

I also got my diagnose a while back, as well as the ADHD diagnose It was a huge struggle to learn how to function in a healthy way, sometimes it was feeling like impossible just staying alive and being there, wanting to live And it means a lot to me, that even while watching a MC video I can have that validation! It's appreciated that you shared it with us! And it helps w lot just to let people know that it's okay not to be okay!!

If you feel sad just look at your UA-cam channel and your recent videos, and just look at how many ppl are willing to watch your videos, your doing great! Try to focus on the subscribers you gain in the past few days. Everytime I gain 1 new subscriber I would feel WAY happier from my constant state of sadness cuz I've delaying my video for so long, so I think that might help :D Also depression is crazy in recent years idk why maybe the inflation or smth but gl on that I hope u recover 👍

It’s so nice to see someone talk about mental health and i guess it sounds kind of weird but especially in a Minecraft video it makes it feel like it’s not so bad. Happy to hear that you’re working on yourself despite the struggles, I know it can be a hard thing to stay positive and while also improving the bad things and think that’s a big achievement.

I can relate so much to ur mental health problems. I’m always in random depression and idk how to explain it but when I try to talk to my parents about it, they always blame it on the video games, and so I never really got anybody to talk to it about, that’s why I’m putting it all here.

Hey bro, thanks for sharing your story about your depression. It takes courage and strength to talk about something like that. I was depressed in my teenage years too from like 13-16. Never went to therapy or stuff. I kinda got out by hitting the gym, finding Jesus and beeing super busy. It mostly dissappeared. Always remember you are not alone and people are here to help. Hey, hope everything is alright, take it one day at a time depression is real, ive dealt with it and more myself for a decade now, my resolution was to put my all into the gym and sports, if you do things that matter to you and that you love at a high intensity your mind will calm i promise you, through doing hard stuff you learn through that to deal with the battles. I hope everything is alright though :)
